A viewing guide to Ricky Gervais' Alley Cats

Original context, checked against this title’s facts and the sources below. Streaming listings are dated separately above.

A sitcom with a feral cast

Gervais creates, directs and voices a character, with Elliot Dear co-directing and Blink Industries handling the animation. The voice cast also includes Diane Morgan, Kerry Godliman, David Earl and Tom Basden. The cats come from different walks of life, which gives their search for companionship more room for friction. The setup is built around that group and its conversations, with social commentary among the jokes. It's aimed at adults, even if the cast all have fur.
