Meet the island's new arrivals
Lee Jaewook plays Do Jiui, a plastic surgeon assigned to work as a public health doctor. Shin Yeeun plays Yook Hari, a nurse who's also moved away from the city. Their new surroundings bring the island community into the story. Lee Myoungwoo directs, with Kim Jisoo writing the television adaptation.
